We purchased the S-800 Seed Cleaner in 2021 to clean our organic grains (wheat, barley, sunflower, fava beans, soybeans, corn) for sale and replanting. The machine is perfect in its simplicity, easy to clean and adjust, and the wide variety of sieves allows for the desired separation. We raised the machine on four additional legs to accommodate large containers for collecting waste. We process approximately 34 tons of product with a throughput of about 600-800 kg per hour, while holding a big bag above the machine. One desired option could be a small screw conveyor to lift the final product for bagging. Nonetheless, we are very satisfied and recommend the product without reservation!

The machine has been running almost continuously from early summer to winter, yet we have only needed to replace one part so far. We have not been disappointed in terms of cost-effectiveness. As a food processing and packaging facility, we purchased the S-800-SPECIAL-INOX seed cleaner from your company in the fall of 2022 for ingredient cleaning purposes. Since then, we have smoothly handled two “lentil seasons,” processing several hundred tons per year. We operated the machine at an average capacity of 4-6 tons per day, scheduling it for at least 80-100 working days per year. The machine, equipped with two motors that can be controlled separately in sequence (fan and sieve cabinat), provides a high degree of flexibility and freedom for cleaning crops of various sizes and densities, especially after acquiring the appropriate size sieves. Since then, we have needed to clean additional ingredients such as barley groats, hulled split yellow peas, chickpeas, etc. Therefore, beyond the originally purchased 7-9 sieves for the machine, we found it necessary to order an additional 8-10 sieves. The ordering process for the additional sieves was always handled promptly and with precision, just like the machine itself. From providing quotes to confirming orders, manufacturing, and delivery, everything was done on time and in a meticulous manner. The reliability of the machine from our perspective is unquestionable, as it has not required the replacement of any wear parts yet (we have processed approximately 1000 tons of ingredients). We have only performed lubrication and air compressor cleaning on it. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the machine, and we consider the investment worthwhile after just one year of use. In 2017, we purchased the S-800 seed cleaner for cleaning our own wheat and barley seed production. We are a small company and use the machine to clean 80% of our seed requirement, which amounts to 16 tons per year. It’s a simple, easy-to-operate, and reliable machine at a reasonable price. We haven’t needed any spare parts in the past 7 years, only ordering a few different sizes and types of sieve plates, which were always readily available. In 2023, we purchased an S-800-SPECIAL-INOX seed cleaner. Our expectation was for it to comply with food safety regulations, which is why we chose the stainless steel version. We grind our own wheat and rye in a full-scale mill, and our requirement was to obtain clean grains free from impurities and dust, suitable for milling. The machine has fully met these expectations.
