In 2023, we purchased an S-800-SPECIAL-INOX seed cleaner. Our expectation was for it to comply with food safety regulations, which is why we chose the stainless steel version. We grind our own wheat and rye in a full-scale mill, and our requirement was to obtain clean grains free from impurities and dust, suitable for milling. The machine has fully met these expectations. I am satisfied with its performance. If it met bakery standards, I believe it can fulfill other expectations as well.
